Have you been wanting to explore yoga but feel unsure about joining an established class?

This six-week Yoga for Beginners workshop-style course is the perfect way to start your journey.

Each week, we’ll explore an element of yoga philosophy, practice breathwork, break down key asanas (yogic postures), and bring them together in a flowing sequence. Every session will end with a guided relaxation and group discussion, leaving you feeling refreshed and confident.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a solid foundation in yoga, giving you the confidence to step into regular classes with ease!
